Hanoi Noodle Soup


Ingredients::

  • 500 g egg noodles wet

Soup:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 20 g onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 100 g beef for sukiyaki, sliced
  • 750 ml of water
  • 5 pieces of dried mushroom, soak until soft, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

How to make Hanoi Noodle Soup:

  • Pour noodles with boiling water until tender. Drain.

How to make Soup:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Enter the beef, stirring until stiff.
  3. Pour the water, add the other ingredients.
  4. Cook until boiling.
  5. Place the noodles in serving bowls.
  6. Pour the hot sauce. Serve immediately
