- 500 g egg noodles wet
Soup:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 20 g onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cm ginger, finely chopped
- 100 g beef for sukiyaki, sliced
- 750 ml of water
- 5 pieces of dried mushroom, soak until soft, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
How to make Hanoi Noodle Soup:
- Pour noodles with boiling water until tender. Drain.
How to make Soup:
- Sauté garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
- Enter the beef, stirring until stiff.
- Pour the water, add the other ingredients.
- Cook until boiling.
- Place the noodles in serving bowls.
- Pour the hot sauce. Serve immediately
